We had 73 second-year law students participate in our 2008 summer program, and 66 were made offers of full-time employment. Cooley extends offers based on performance and not on a predetermined number of open “slots.” We strive to ensure the success of each summer associate and gear our assignment and evaluation processes to achieve that goal.
