HOW MANY PARKING SPACES ARE ALLOTED FOR EACH UNIT?
Each unit is entitled to one (1) resident parking permit and two (2) visitor parking permits. Application may be made for a second resident parking permit. Second resident parking permits are issued, as available, on a first come, first served basis. No more than two (2) resident parking permits will be issued to any one unit. Visitor parking permits are valid only in designated visitor parking spaces.
