How many patients can be run in 1 kit?

0

The kit uses 12 8-well strips (one strip per sample). Therefore, you can run 6-11 assays per kit, plus a control sample for each run. The most efficient use of the kit would be to run one control and 11 assays, therefore consuming the kit in one run. If you run just one patient per run along with a control, you will get only six assays per kit.
