How many people on Earth own an Apple product versus PC?
The question is about how many people own an Apple product vs. (presumably) Windows PCs. As phrased, the question excludes PCs owned by entities other than people and includes iPods, iPhones and iPads and other Apple products that are not Macs. So it’s a measure of consumer ownership of Apple branded products vs. consumer ownership of Windows PCs. In the US the figure for Apple product penetration is probably close to 25%.
