A Homeowner may receive permits for one property only per a 24-month period. This may mean two electrical and/or two plumbing permits for the single property (homeowner may need one temporary power permit and one permit to wire the home). Additional permits issued to a homeowner must be approved through the Board Office (303-894-2985).
