Each keypad lock or deadbolt is preset at the factory with one (1) unique programming code and two (2) unique user codes. The factory preset code labels are found in two places: a) on the front of the Programming/Operating Instructions and b) on the backside of the keypad assembly. (Note: The lock must be removed from the door to access the preset code label on the backside of the keypad assembly.) For more information visit our customer service area here.
