How many Protestants are forbidden by their Protestant pastors to read any Catholic books?

Like the “Catechism of the Catholic Church” or “Born Fundamentalist, Born Again Catholic” -David B. Currie or “The Lamb’s Supper” -Dr. Scott Hahn or “The Salvation Controversy” -James Akin Why do so many people always have to lie to attack the Church? The Catholic Church did not “forbid” people from going to see “Da Vinci Code” the Church strongly advised against it for the same reason that the Church would advise against you going to see a porno. It’s spiritual garbage. But the Church knows that if it says it’s forbidden then many fools will go to see it just for that reason. That’s why the Church didn’t come right out and say it was forbidden. A: I’ve never been “forbidden” to read any other faith type book from my Pastor ever.
