How many push-ups, flutter kicks and sit-ups should the kids be doing each night?
Each athlete should complete a minimum of 300 push-ups, flutter kicks and sit-ups per day. Once an athlete has comfortably mastered doing 300 per day, he/she should add an additional 50 reps per exercise to their routine. The goal of each athlete should be to reach 500 reps/day of each exercise by the end of the track season.
