How many SaaS tools you use? Analytics, session recording, SEO?
At this moment we are working on two eCommerce projects and there is a list of indispensable tools I always use as Marketing Strategist:
- for SEO purposes: Ahrefs (Keyword and Organic research, Rank Tracking, Competitive Analysis), SimilarWeb (traffic sources analysis, geo, bounce rate), Serpstat (website audit)
- for marketing purposes: eSputnik (omnichannel marketing automation platform that allows to launch email and SMS campaigns, web push notifications and Viber messages)
- for website analysis: Google Analytics
- for communication: Slack
There are many other tools and SaaS. But this software is the most convenient, in my opinion.
I have been creating and launching online projects for more than 3 years and constantly use a lot of SaaS products before starting.

Analytics is usual from Google is suitable for almost all purposes, I use it together with GTM
