How many snow plows are in the province?
We have 290 snow plows operating throughout the province to clear snow and ice for safer winter driving. They operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week and work on a priority system. Q. In 1997, the province committed to complete the twinning of Highway No. 1 from the Manitoba to Alberta borders within a 15-year time frame. Twinning on Highway 1 across Saskatchewan will be complete in the fall of 2008. The remaining section to be twinned is located around the town of Moosomin. Q.
