How many teachers will the Teach The Teachers Collaborative reach?
Since reopening in 2004, nearly 2000 teachers have come through the program. We know some districts require participants to conduct classes on what they learned at TTTC when they return to their own districts. Others do not. Many teachers report they are sought out when they return to their schools and meet with school site staff. So quantifiable information is difficult to acquire. Conservatively, we think another 10000 teachers are reached, a reasonable ratio of five contacts per attendee.
