Per my baby’s pediatrician… you add 1 tsp cereal to 1 oz of milk if this is the first time you are feeding your baby cereal. Check it out for a week or 2. If your baby is doing fine then u can add 2 tsp of cereal to the 1 oz of milk. But no more than that if your baby is less than 6 months old.
