How many times can the Protex Limb Protector be used?
A single product, with proper use and care, should last the duration of recovery, whether for a surgery site, a cast, dressing, etc., often several weeks. Some patients have reported using the same product effectively for many months. However, we recommend replacing a product that is contaminated with bacteria, such as from wound seepage, or is mildewed, which is a common occurrence with products used consistently in water.
