It will generate 30 watts at any time that the output voltage is correct. This will depend on the sun. It will never produce more than 30 watts. What you may be asking is how many Watt hours it will produce in a set amount of time. To work out this you multiply wattage by time(hours). If the Sun input decreases so dose the voltage, which effects the output power(watts).
