The Adenopure® purification procedure will yield between 1×1012 and 5×1012 viral particles. Of course this is dependant upon loading at least that much virus onto the Virus-Binding Module of the Adenopump® Purification Unit. Each kit contains enough reagents for (3) purification procedures.
