A. Under the settlement, the Database Defendants and Participating Publishers have agreed to pay a minimum of $10 million (regardless of the amount of claims) and a maximum of $18 million (or more under certain circumstances), to be applied to valid claims and all Court-approved attorneys' fees and expenses and administrative costs. The amount of the payment to an individual claimant will be calculated as discussed below.  more
