How much does a business license cost?
Most businesses (the primary exception being for non-profit organizations) pay a $50 registration fee each year for their business license, which is prorated on a monthly basis for the first year the business began operation in Dublin. In addition, some businesses are subject to an annual $11 fire self inspection fee. Please contact the Fire Department at (925) 833-6606 if you have any questions regarding this fee. For Business License purposes, the year begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th.
The business license fee is calculated based on gross income and the type of business. Our staff will be glad to assist you in determining your specific classification and resulting fee. You may receive an application and rate sheet by mail, fax or at our office on the 4th floor of City Hall at 206 S. Main Street. The City of Henderson does not issue business licenses to childcare facilities. Childcare licensing in the city of Henderson is administered by the State of Nevada Bureau of Services for Childcare.
