The cost provides for supplies such as transcript paper, envelopes, postage, and supports staff responsible for processing your transcript request. It also helps support the technical aspects of the transcript systems, as well as other key student services enhancements. Effective May 19, 2008 charges are as follows: • Transcripts - $13 per copy. • Early or Partial Transcripts - $25 for the first copy and $13 for each additional copy from the same college ordered at the same time. • Faxed Transcripts - $20 A fax is not official, and this includes an official transcript mailed at the same time. • Domestic Fed Ex - Next Business Day - $15 plus the $13 per copy transcript fee. • International Fed Ex - International Priority - The amount the UI is assessed for the service plus the $13 per copy transcript fee. When you pay your annual ASHA CE Registry fee, you will be credited with an electronic voucher for a free transcript. Vouchers are valid for 5 years from issue date. When you make a transcript request, your oldest voucher is used. Additional transcripts are $15 each/members and $20 each/non-members. • When/where are transcripts sent? Transcripts are printed upon your request and forwarded to you. Transcripts can also be sent to a 3rd party, such as licensing or certification agencies. 3rd party requests must be in writing (use the online form or fax your request to 301-296-8574). • How are transcripts sent? Transcripts are sent via postal mail. Transcripts cannot be sent via e-mail. You can receive a faxed transcript if you pay the Express Transcript fee. The cost is $45 plus use of your oldest voucher. If you order your transcript in person or by mail there is a $7.00 fee (per copy) for student copies of transcripts and those sent to agencies and institutions that are outside of CUNY. There is NO fee for transcripts sent to the University Application Processing Center (UAPC) or to another CUNY college. If you order a transcript through the on-line service there is a $9.00 fee for student copies and for transcripts going outside of CUNY. There is a $2.00 fee for transcripts going to CUNY colleges.
