How much does career coaching cost?
My fee for private paying clients is $100 per 60 minute session which is followed by an email summary recapping our discussion as well as access to free electronic newsletters with useful tips and resources for your career. Sessions other then the initial meeting may be scheduled for 30 minute increments. My fee for profit organizations is $150 an hour and for non profit / higher education it is $125 an hour. Many people utilize professional development funds available through their department/organization to cover the costs associated with career coaching. I am happy to help you develop a proposal for covering the cost of services. Package opportunities, combining individual coaching, group forum discussions and webinars are also available. Package prices vary according duration and modalities utilized.
