How much does it cost to have wall anchors put in to straighten a basement wall?

First you are not going to straighten out this wall. It will not go back out unless you dig out the soil and then the wall is not going to be strong. So you are going to need to dig the dirt away from the wall.Shore up the floor system back 2-3′ from wall. Remove the block and lay up new block and either grout the block cores full of concrete. or lay up some pilasters against the inside of the new wall about every 8′ and grout them in. Also eliminate water that must be causing soil on outside to get heavy and put too much pressure on basement wall. I would guess around $3,500 – $5,000 to do it all.
