At False Creek Residence the rate is determined by the continuing care program and is based on income. For a person in receipt of BC Benefits it is currently $21.90 per day or $678.90 for a 31 day month. At Steveston Residence, tenants pay rent based on income for a one bedroom suite and the costs for support services are again based on income. For a person in receipt of BC Benefits that cost would be $200.00 for rent and $350.00 for support services.
