Here is the comment letting you know if you are exempt from this law. The law does not apply to facilities who: Have for a period of ten years, produced or presented events at the same entertainment facility or under the same corporate or organizational name, or are affiliated with such an entity. Maintain minimum net capital of $100,000, or net worth of $200,000. Have no more than 99 seats for paying customers. Do not have more than $2500 in weekly ticket sales.
