How much does the architect or design engineer pay for Assurance Warranty’s services?
Nothing. Roof warranty fees are paid by the roof contractor to the manufacturer from whom he purchased the roofing materials. Instead of paying the manufacturer the warranty fee, the roof contractor pays Assurance Warranty. Assurance’s fees are exactly the same as the Manufacturers charge now, so in effect you are already paying for the extra benefits of Assurance’s service, without receiving them.
