I don’t know the amount of available flash-space, but it should be possible to leave zebra out of the firmware image. This would save about 280k. Dropbear SSHD should fit in there with about the same space. There are about 28k left in nvram. This should be enough to store host_key and authorized_key for login. I had trouble adding new software to the flash, although I’m trying to convert the ping-dialog into some kind of debugging console. I also managed to enable IPv6 without problems.
