A Yamaha IT 175 is a 2 stroke bike. It should shoot oil out of the exhaust because it runs on pre mix gasoline! The oil that is shooting out is excess oil that is not getting burnt in the combustion chamber. Try mixing your gas at 40:1 (16oz oil to 5 gallons of gas) to see if it spits out less oil.
