How much is an interior decorator?

I don't think it would even be worth having a decorator come in with all the new things you can do on the web now a days... Paint yourself: Here's a virtual room designer... pick out paint colors, cabinets colors, match up your room/home.. etc! play around with it and do it yourself! Also: a good tip when painting: Use the blue tape from the hardware store. Tape your edges of your ceilings, baseboards etc. When you tape , make sure to paint over it with the existing wall color to fill in the air pockets your walls create! Once it dries, paint your walls with the color you picked and when you pull the tape off, you'll have a PERFECT LINE. I swear! Its the only way I paint... I hate touching up my mistakes so I just avoid them! Hope this helps you out!  more
