How much minimum amount to invest during share trading, real estate and mutual fund?

0

I’m an investor in shares and mutual funds, not yet in real estate. I started trading shares with about 1400$ which was sufficient for me. 1000-2500$ is sufficent to start. This way it’s enough that you care about it and monitor it, but not enough that it would really hurt you in the poxket through your inexperience. Mutual funds are much easier. You can setup 25$ pre-authorized purchase plans at various time intervals. This allows you to build up capital and still get exposure to the markets. You should really have 25% down for real estate investments but I think you can put as little as 5% down while paying some additional insurance fees because of your lower down payment. It sounds like you’re thinking of starting to invest. My advice would set up a mutual fund account with your bank to build up your capital, which you could use down the road for either share or real estate investments.
