How much money does a doctor earn per month? What about a life scientist?
Doctors usually start with an annual salary of 200,000. That’s about… 17,000 per month. Take away taxes and stuff, leaves about 9000 per month. Of course this is the starting salary, the max depends on the type of job which can be anywhere from 450 k to 1300 k. (That’s for spinal surgeons. If you want more details go here: http://www.allied-physicians.com/salary_… As for life scientist, I’m not quite sure what you mean. If you mean as a researcher, then your pay will depend on the grants that you get. But scientists usually have a more modest lifestyle, of anywhere from 40 to 80 k starting salary, which is about 4000 to 7000 per month and they rarely go above 200 k max. But of course, doctors get paid more because they do have at least 12 years of education to go through, as well as internships and residencies before they get to actually earn their title as doctors.
