In order to expand the duck pond, develop the new children’s playground and water play feature, build the family centre, design and build the conservatory, develop a new zoo including the world-class polar bear exhibit, create a youth area including zip line and basketball courts, expand and revitalize paths and trails, and implement a new people moving system throughout the park, it is expected to cost in the range of $180 million.
