How much more does a Rotating Tower cost compared to a normal construction?
In some cities, such as in Miami, slightly above the construction of a «normal» building, in some others, such as London, the cost could go below normal luxury towers. The off-site work, the prefabrication method and a low labor cost can make these towers quite competitive. It needs to be remembered, however, that there is a huge premium on the price of property for iconic Dynamic towers!!!
