How much of the XanGo mangosteen fruit juice should I take?
This is the rule of thumb given by Dr. Templeman, author of Mangosteen, The X-Factor. If illnesses are already present, three doses a day would be optimal, if possible before meals. One to three oz per dose. For prevention, a single dose a day is plenty, but the amount can be from one to three oz. Economics are most often the limiting factor in how much per dose. There is no upper limit, but I see no real benefit to more than 2 oz per dose in most situations.
