A pinch of salt. In every situation use a pinch of salt 🙂

I think that we must learn to eat without any “extra” salt, sugar etc. It will be difficult at start, but soon or later your “taste” will get used to this.

Do not drown your food in salt. Most food already contains a lot of sodium (salt) so just put a little bit at first and if it comes down to it where you still need a bit for flavor, add a little more salt. Rinse and repeat! 🙂

It’s always good to use very small portion of salt for your foods even the answer depends on the portion you are cooking. Some countries have strict rules even regarding salt consumption and they are adhering with some standard values. So, enjoy your foods with less salt always for a healthier and long life. 🙂

Add little Salt first. Then taste your food. If you feel salt is less then you can add more according to your taste.
