How much Spirulina should I take?
Optimum Spirulina dosage varies from person to person. If you are feelings foggy, tired or irritable, try increasing your dosage by 1000mg per day. When you reach a day where you felt better the day before, go back to the day befores dosage, and that is your current optimum. Note: Take spirulina in the morning/early afternoon. Too close to bedtime can disrupt sleep.
