How much support can I expect from the staffing firms through the placement process?
Firms agree to assist you in any way necessary and reasonable based on the referral fee posted. You can ask them to help you with all aspects of the placement process, from setting up the interview, giving directions, prepping for interviews, getting feedback, making offers, checking references, etc. In many cases, the hiring companies only want the candidates contact information, and will take over the interview process. Just be sure to communicate your expectations to the referring agency when working with them.
