How much training is provided with purchase?
Aestiva provides training and materials for the IT administrator and the application administrator. Training is provided over the phone. On-site training can be provided (although it is not recommended) at an additional cost. End-users training is not provided and also not necessary. This is because Aestiva’s eform-centric design makes running the product intuitive. Furthermore, on-screen help is provided (modifiable by the application administrator) to ensure end-users can solve problems that come up within the software without having to get help from their internal call center and/or administrator(s).
