How much weight can I expect to lose on the Lean Shake program?
With the Lean Shake program, you can take off as much weight as you want. How fast you lose weight depends upon your age, sex, body type, and activity level. Gradual weight loss is the key to success. You should lose no more than 1-2 pounds a week. If you find that you are losing more than 2 pounds a week after the first three weeks, we recommend adding an additional shake to your program.
