How much would it hurt if I extracted a broken, aching molar myself?
too much,get good painkillers fast,and rub a good dose of oil of cloves onto the gum and put some on cotton wool,put a little by the broken tooth,it will not be pleasant but it will numb the gum,and tooth there is a real danger of a abscess forming under the tooth that would be hell, get it seen to as soon as possible,complain,make them see you,do not try yourself it can make an abscess form quicker,then they wont touch it, you would have to have antibiotics and your face can swell up wont be able to put any pressure on it because it effects the other teeth too
