How often do baby feed/sleep patterns change/?
My son goes around our pattern if you keep your pattern stable your baby will adjust. most of the time babies will change there patterns every growth spurt 3 weeks 3 months 6 months 9 months I breastfeed my son he sleep through the night at two months I would feed him no matter what time right before I went to bed so I could get the best sleep. My son Is now 13 months and stays up late with us dad works 2nd shift so he might be up till midnight and he sleeps till 10 that’s fine by me as long as your baby get enough sleep the time makes no difference no matter what anyone tells you.
