Basically, when it has lost its effectiveness. To remove old sealer and wax you need to use Arizona Gold Stripper. This is a concentrate and must be diluted to the directions on the label. Once, that is cleaned off and dry, you can apply your Arizona Gold Sealer and Wax again.
