How often do you workout? What do you do?

Sport is a part of my daily life so I exercise every day. I go to the gym 3 times a week, run every morning, and do yoga every day. Actually, I am new to yoga but it helped me to improve my mental health. Here you can find more info about yoga and meditation retreats. Hope it helps you too.
