The following is the schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics: 2 weeks, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months (on or after your child’s birthday), 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, 6 years and yearly or every other year thereafter. If your child participates in sports, a yearly exam or sports physical is recommended. *Your child’s particular well child schedule may differ from the above based on your child’s individual needs.
