How often, if ever, does a seller ask a prospective listing agent about their social media strategy?
This was selected as Best Answer As others have said, I have never had anyone ask me about my social media strategy and I would be happy if they did, since I definitely have one. However, I have received 80% of my buyers from my Social media and I most certainly add that information to my listing expertise! Most people search on the Internet first before they decide to even start looking in person, usually for houses. They decide on a Realtor later, but the house search starts out as being fun. I like to have my homes out there and linked and easy to find.
