How often is the Village of Wellington Comprehensive Plan updated?

0

Chapter 163, Florida Statues (F.S.), requires that local comprehensive plans be reviewed and updated at least every seven years. The report resulting from the review is known as an “Evaluation and Appraisal Report” or EAR. The recommendations in the report form the basis for subsequent amendments to the Comprehensive Plan. The Village Council, advisory boards, staff, or the public may proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan anytime, but are limited to two amendment rounds per calendar year, per Chapter 163, F.S.
