How often should I attend a Zumba class and how soon will I see results?
For good cardiovascular heath, the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) recommends 30 minutes of moderately intense cardio, five days a week and 30 minutes of strength training 2 days a week. The amount of weight you loose will be based on how often you attend class, the effort of intensity you choose to work during class and of course your nutritional intake.
