How often should I take Complan Shake, and when?
We recommend two sachets per day (made with 200mls of whole milk), unless otherwise indicated by your dietitian, doctor or clinician. Try to drink Complan Shake as mid-morning or mid-afternoon snacks, in between your main meals. Alternatively, mix the powder into dishes such as custard or porridge to increase their nutritional value. Avoid drinking Complan Shake just before a meal, as this may reduce your appetite.
