How often should you water a winter vegetable garden in Los Angeles?
You need to water as often as the garden needs it. Check the ground, is it dry? Generally we can water less in the winter because the weather is cooler but if it is very windy, that will also dry out the soil. Since we don’t get a lot of rain here in SoCal, you just need to watch the soil & water accordingly.
