How often will PAC members be able to change MCOs?
During the first year of PAC, members will be able to change MCOs one time without cause. After June 30, 2007, PAC members will be able to change MCOs for any reason in the first 90 days of their enrollment. PAC members will also have an annual right to change their MCOs. There are other changes allowed for cause. For example, a member may change MCOs if they move to an area which is not served by their current MCO.
