How popular is Podcasting in the Entertainment Industry?
The podcast movie, as we know it, is created through the system of directing multimedia files, such as discussion programs or music videos, over the Internet using RSS or similar syndication, for playback on personal computers, Macs and mobile telecommunication devices. With the advent of the World Wide Web, in the 1980s, podcast was introduced via talk-related and music software to radio stations across the globe in digital format. This was the start of the podcast movie, as well. Prior to online music digital distribution, Multicast Network was used to distribute audio and video files.
