How realistic is it to emigrate to the USA?
Wow- you’re thinking big! After I finished uni last year I decided to go and work in the USA for a few months. The maximum visa I could get was three months and it was utterly surrounded by red tape and was a lengthly difficuly process! And that was just for me, i didn’t have to worry about my family! I have been toold though, if you can get a company to sponser you it is the best way to go. The company must be very prepared for the difficult task that lies ahead. There is a lot of paperwork for them to fill out. That’s why it tends to be people that have family that can emigrate- because their families are more willing to put up with the paperwork. I went through a company called BUNAC. However, I think they deal with working holidays. Maybe you could get a link through them though. Good luck!
