Technically, there is no established “Tolerable Upper Limit” set for Cyanocobalamin, commonly known as “B-12,” when take orally. The recommended daily value for adults is 2.4mcg and amounts up to 1000mcg taken orally or intramuscularly (ONCE PER MONTH) appear safe (for people who were low to begin with). So technically, with the current information that we have, that amount is “safe.” HOWEVER, taking that large of a dose EVERY DAY?? Sounds like it should only be done in a lab. I would be weary of this product. Unless you are low in B-12 (most common in those with pernicious anemia, vegans and a small percentage of the elderly) these claims that the vitamin will produce such awesome results are probably false. And if you ARE low in B-12, probably would be good to have a doctor monitoring your progress and a qualified professional rec
